I’ve heard this song many, many times — but I’ve never heard it quite like this!

The Cactus Cuties, hailing from Lubbock Texas, are four girls who are small in stature, but big in voice! Their incredible talent has been featured on The DisneyChannel, The Oprah Winfrey ShowRachel RayThe 700 Club, The Jerry Lewis Telethon, numerous NBA, MLB, and NFL games, and many high-profile militaryevents.

Their rendition of this patriotic hymnal, born during the Civil War in 1861, definitely brought a few tears to my eyes. It’s not just their exceptional singing that struck me, but the spirit and passion with which they sing. It seems as though, despite their age, they truly understand the depth and meaning of this song and its history.

I’m a little embarrassed to admit that I hit “replay” more than a few times…

Please SHARE if you were amazed by these girls’ beautiful harmony!
