Kevin Clements, 39, was recently diagnosed with leukemia and lymphoma and was in desperate need of a bone marrow transplant. So his twin daughters, nine-year-old models whose fan base extends far beyond their Orange County, Calif. home, put out a call to their 1.6 million followers on Instagram for help. Thousands responded, but he found a match in his brother, Chris. He’ll undergo tests next month to find if the transplant worked. Meanwhile, he’s enjoying time with his family.
