When you think back on your childhood, are there any special dishes that stand out from the rest? Meals that, to this day, bring back warm and happy memories from the past?

For me, just the smell of certain foods is enough to bring my childhood flooding back and make my tastebuds water — like warm French toast or gooey s’mores.

But when it comes to true blasts from the past, nothing makes me more nostalgic than simple grade school sandwiches — specifically a good old fashioned peanut butter and jelly. Just one bite of this classic sandwich and I’m transported right back to grade school.

However, until I stumbled upon this amazing video, I had no idea that you could enjoy a PB&J in such a fun and creative way!

All you need is a rolling pin, some kitchen scissors, and your favorite brands of peanut butter and jelly, and you’ll be enjoying this childhood staple in a whole new way!
