Paramedic Moved To Tears After Neighbors Applaud her on way to work

In Basingstoke, Hampshire, neighbors of a paramedic went outside to applaud her and encourage her to continue fighting the terrifying coronavirus that spreads panic and horror all around the world.

As she left her home to go to work at Basingstoke and North Hampshire hospital, Tayla Porter also found a box of Cadbury’s Miniature Heroes and homemade cake on top of her car.

In the video, the girl can be seen deeply touched by the gesture of the kind people.

The 22-year-old emergency care assistant could not hide her tears as she watched the entire thing together with her mother Ali, 55, father Phil, 55, and sister Tash, 21.

It was all organized after several locals posted about the #clapforcarers national round of applause to thank our hero NHS workers on a village forum.

Her mother then mentioned that her hero daughter would leave for work from 4 pm too, but the family didn’t expect that the entire neighborhood would come.

“It was overwhelming for all of us. Tayla just couldn’t believe it. She couldn’t believe that people would even notice what she’s doing. She just loves her job. It was so emotional, I could barely speak. It was just overwhelming pride.”

The post of the event has gone viral, with thousands of views and shares.

Ali added:

“It’s been so overwhelming. It’s amazing how everyone has come together. I feel like our village is closer. You’ve got more time for people and appreciate them more now. It brings you closer.”
