Emmanuel Kelly’s life started out in miserable conditions, but thanks to the amazing help from his adopted mother, he’s turned it all around. Because of the chemical warfare that plagued Iraq, Emmanuel was born with underdeveloped limbs. He was discovered and adopted by Moira Kelly in 1998, and taken to Australia to seek medical treatment.

Years later, Emmanuel finds himself on stage of X-Factor auditioning in front of the judges. His mother is watching backstage, and when the judges ask Emmanuel about his past, a heart-wrenching moment occurs. Once he starts singing, the only thing anyone can focus on is Emmanuel’s incredible voice.
