Millions of people around the world were completely stunned when they saw a video of Lena Fokina doing something called “Baby Yoga.” The 51-year-old Russian woman was filmed spinning and flipping babies above her head and behind her back in a fashion that would make most call out for child protective services.

Now, there are others that are joining her in performing these insane acrobatics with their newborns. Lena insists that this is totally safe and actually benefits the children. I can’t for the life of me see how.
