Tiny newborn Dachshund, Mr. Pepper, already has a bad Napoleon Complex. Either that or the little man thinks he’s a cat… or that the cat is a dog!

Cats can be extremely patient and I have to give Siamese cat, Shanti, a lot of credit for putting up with this little bugger.
