Born with Swimmer Puppy Syndrome, this dog’s owner wanted nothing to do with her anymore and threw her in the trash. But a woman noticed a trash bag moving around and making noises and immediately checked it out. She took the dog home and named her Harper. Through doggy therapy and other care, Harper has regained strength in her legs and is able to walk around now. No one thought the dog would survive, but just look at her now.
