This video is taking the internet by storm, and I guarantee you’ve never seen anything like it. The wedding videographer, Chris Hennessy, says this groomsmen dance is the funniest thing he’s witnessed out of the 1500 weddings he’s videotaped. That’s a pretty bold statement… and yet I totally believe him.
A quintet of National Hockey League (NHL) players recently stripped down to their skivvies at their pal Devin’s wedding. Devin, also a pro hockey player, is a former San Jose Shark. The man presumably leading the routine is Kris Versteeg. He’s a force to be reckoned with on the hockey ring, but now he can add “dance floor champion” to his resume. Versteeg is joined by fellow hockey player Jason Demers and two other pro players for the weirdest, wackiest, and most hilarious surprise dance we’ve ever seen at LittleThings. Wearing sheer leotards and jester masks, the guys perform an interpretive dance set to Sia’s hit song, “Chandelier.” They leap, they spin, and they jump into each other’s arms.
Of course, Devin and his new bride are completely stunned, as the delighted guests stand in their seats and give the guys a hearty standing ovation.
