The pregnant woman continues to amaze her followers by continuing to do CrossFit a week before giving birth. Maria Clara Ceballos, a 32-year-old fitness trainer from Medellin, Colombia, wanted to know if she was fit during her second pregnancy. Although she was pregnant, it was a low-risk pregnancy, so Maria CrossFit continued her exercise program after her doctors agreed. Maria did CrossFit until 37 weeks pregnant, and her son was born at 38 weeks and 3 days.
Some viewers were skeptical of Maria’s decision to continue playing sports, but brushed aside fears that it would be dangerous for her child.
