Good Cop. Bad Cop. … Dancing Cop?

Deputy Tony Scherb celebrated his retirement with a wild dance in an elevator. The video has since gone viral, being viewed more than 5 million times, reports KTLA5.

Scherb dedicated 29 years of service to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office in Colorado, according to the Daily Mail.

“We knew that Deputy Scherb would leave behind a legacy hard to forget,” the Sheriff’s Office posted to its Facebook page, “but this, is amazing!”

The hilarious video produced by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office begins by explaining a camera was placed inside the elevator after it had been malfunctioning.

Dressed in a bright orange shirt and striped tie, Deputy Scherb enters the elevator and forcefully dances to rapper Silento’s “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae).” When Rural Enforcement Outreach Deputy Reed walks in, she first looks at her colleague like he’s crazy. She then joins him in an expert stanky leg. The two dance all out until Chief Deputy Evans enters. The music still plays, though at a lower level. The two delinquent police officers nod with sly smiles until Chief Deputy Evans exits.

Another colleague, School Resource Officer Deputy Murphy, joins Deputy Scherb and Deputy Reed. When the call for Soulja Boy’s “Superman” comes on, they all lean into one another and do the famous dance.

The three pause as Sheriff Bill Elder enters the elevator. He, however, shocks everyone by waving his arms and moving his knees, joining in the fun.
