She’s Napping In The Grass. You Won’t Believe What The Horse Does…

Over the years, trainer Alizée Froment and her horse have created a strong bond. Practically inseparable, she treats her horse like it’s her baby.

The pair recently shared a beautiful moment together, and it was all captured on camera. After a day of training, Froment and her horse Mistral decided to take a well-deserved nap. When Froment laid down in grass, the Lusitano horse joined her. I guess even horses need a nap sometimes!

The horse wanted to lie down and seems to prefer the soft ground for a nap. As the pair cuddle in the grass, it seems like Mistral might be dreaming about running through wide open meadows.

It’s amazing to see beautiful connections between humans and animals — like this diver’s remarkable dolphin encounter or this woman who gets a kiss from a huge lion!

“I cannot explain how this particular moment has touched me, but it will remain engraved in my memory,” Froment, a French international Grand Prix rider, wrote on her Facebook page.

Horses require approximately two-and-a-half hours of sleep, on average, in a 24-hour period and usually occurs in many short intervals.
